Where is the Java Toolkit??

Based on what I have read in this forum, I can tell that there is a Java toolkit available. Problem is it cannot be downloaded anywhere. Does anyone know if this is available, and possibly have link?

Talked to tech support and instead of coming soon, the link is valid so I guess they fixed it...

There was a lag between the sforce 2.0 release and updating the toolkits on sforce.com - everything is now available online.
