Field Date Formula (Excluding Weekends)

Can someone please help me with formula for counting weekdays in a month/ year? In another word, calculating the number of days bt start date and end date in a week/ month/ year. -Thx!

Thank you for the suggested thread. That formula works, except that it was calculating for past days. Is there a formula that can calculate past, current & future dates as well? For example, when I tested 8/21 - 8/31 and result was a 2.
