log a case

Hi,

 

Can any body help me how to and where to log a case with salesforce.

Hi,

Go to "Help & Training" link which will be on the top of your page. There will be a tab called "My Cases". You can log a case or check the status of the open cases there.

I was not able to find a link as mentioned by you.

 

I launched www.salesforce.com. In 'Services' link i was able to find links for 'Training'. But not able to find any links as you have mentioned.

 

FYI: I am a trial user. Does a trial user allowed to log a case?

Yes, a trail edition may not have the option of logging a case.

But, why you are using a trail edition?...You sign up for a developer edition which is free,..
