About apex class

Ple  tell me , salesforce.com  is a open source or not ?  If open source  where i get the source code ?

Salesforce.com is not an open source platform. You have to buy licenses and once you get your own environment, you can then  do customizations using the Point and click Force.com builder tool, write custom logic using APEX Classes and Triggers or can create your own custom user interface using the Visual Force framework.

You can also sign up for a free Developer environment in order to learn Salesforce.com customizations and development. 

For development related documentation, you can refer to the Developer Forum Documentation

Salesforce.com  is not an open source. But apex class and visualforce page you can create classes and pages in developer account without any cost.
