You can query in the query editor and see the field values for the converted leads but not through UI. Or you can export in excel through dataloader and can see.
Thise will be available as Account,Contact or Opportunity.

Once you convert a Lead and create an Account, Contact and/or Opportunity, the Lead record in itself is no longer available in Salesforce.com. However, you can run a report on Converted Leads using the - Lead with Converted Lead info report type in order to see Leads that have been converted.

yes you can see the converted lead, but in salesforce UI you will only see links to converted account/contact and opportunity link
