I have Customware's paid connector in my dev JIRA environment. It works well in creating a JIRA issue from a SF case, and comments from JIRA are automatically pushed into SF, which is good.
But it does not automatically push comments in Salesforce into JIRA, so it is not really satisfactory, hence we are still just evaluating it.
One option we are consideration is building a trigger to add the comment but that's a solution that stretches our programming power currently.
