Inline VF page for salesforce mobile

Can we make an inline visualforce page (added in account page layout) visible/compatible for salesforce mobile?

the question is how are going to access salesforce in mobile. using mobile browser or salesforce app?

Using salesforce client app? (Mobile Lite is Enabled)

i tried this and the vf sections will not be visible in the client app on mobile.
