Conga template not showing any template if I login as a User

Conga template not showing any template if I login as a User, If I login as me it is showing all the templates. Any thoughts. I am not using any reports.

The logged in user does not have the access to record of "CongaTemplate" object. Check the OWD and sharing rule for this object. Let me know if it solves your problem.
