Identify where a field used

Is it possible to run a report to know where a field used in

- report
- workflow
- field update
- apex class
- trigger
- page layout
etc.

 

If no, is there any free appexchange app can achieve this?

There is no out of the box functionality available.

However you can use "Field Trip" appEchange :

Hi Jatindra,

 

I have tried "Field Trip", it do not have ability to identify where the field used, but just report how many percent of not blank data for each field.
