Images in Quotes Stopped Showing Up

We have been using Salesforce Quotes for over six months now and today when I logged in to generate a quote, the images in the text/image field are no longer showing up.  We see the following broken image icons.  I have checked the image (uploaded in documents) and the externally available setting is still checked.  Literally nothing was changed, and the images are no longer working.  Any ideas would be appreciated it!

It was resolved on Friday the 27th. There was a SF patch that was applied on the 25th that ended up breaking the image rendering when generating PDF's.

That's odd... Same thing is happening to us today. On the quote templates I get the exact same broken image icon.

When I go to the Templates config, the images are all there, but when I generate the quote the appear broken.

 

SFDC ... please do something.
