Section layout hidden

Hello everyone!!

Do you know if It's possible to hide (by default) a section layout?

What u mean by "by default" ? if u want to remove section of page layout on a particular object, go to the object defination, edit the default page layout and remove the section which u want to remove by clicking on icon at the top-right corner of the section layout
