Eclipse Error on New Force.com Project

Any one seen the below error on trying to create a Force.com Project from a Production Org? 

 

 

Not sure what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to allocate more memory to Eclipse.  See the Force.com IDE FAQ for details:
