Case Comment "Created by"

We're using the Self-Service portal to manage cases. I'm Looking for a way to pull the "Created by" field from case comments, so I'll know if a SSP user or an internal SF user created the case comments. 


Is this possible?

You could use a workflow on the case comment object that will update a check box (named: "SSP Case") in the case object.

This could definitely help. I'll use this field ("Created by SSP"checkbox ) to email.

I'm curious if it's possible to display the creator name in emails (whether it's a SSP user or an internal user), as there can be several internal users replying to the same case.
