HTML Email Status Report not displaying any records

I have sent a HTML mail in order to generate a report whether the customer has opened the mail or not?

 

When i generate the HTML Email Status Report , i can see only empty records.

 

Could anyone help me on this?

Hello
                Let me explain you the actual reason why it’s happening so?
                There are following type of email template
Text
HTML (using Letterhead)
Custom (without using Letterhead)
Visualforce
 
HTML Email Status Report  is standard salesforce functionality which only track HTML email templates.
you would have sent mass email by choosing custom or any other email template other than HTML(using Letter head) therefore it is not tracked in this HTML Status report.
