Callout ( Bad request -Invalid Verb)

Hi All I am doing callout , for one request it is showing Status Ok , but for the other request same as first it is showing Bad request Invalid verb , Ihave checked all verb , nothing is in small letter. But i don't know why it is coming..

Can you post the code, may be we can identify the invalid by comparing the working and non working code.

However that code is not with me, whenever i get i will post it old code and new code for any reference.
