cannot log a Case

Hello, i would like to log a Case to Salesforce support team, but it's not possible it gives me a loop when i go to Help ==>customer support ==> Case

Probably you are trying to log case from Sandbox. Try the same from Production org that should work

Help > Contact Support > Open a case

 

I tried creating a case from my DEV org and succeeded.

 

Have you done any customization on your Help link?

yes i've already tried that, and i've tested right now, it's not working, and i need to log that case
