For a situation that 2 different users once logged in org, login again as same user for tests purpose through user detail page, is it possible that there's a difference in layout/interface for a single flow or single record page?

Please notice the login is from single user page.

We have a product Catalog that is very simple, 4 products and each has a minimum quantity.  My Question is when I add a product to my opportunity how do I get the quantity to default to the minimum for that product?

Hi !

 

We're using both CPQ/Billing  and we're starting on SubMgt product

We're managing to create Invoices (Invoice object) from BillingSchedules, but I don't understand why the (SubMgt) Billing Batch Scheduler screen offers less options than the (Billing) Invoice Scheduler screen.

Example : for a "Once" run, I can't set an Invoice Target date...

 

How can I unlock the full potential of SubMgt without being able th schedule invoice correctly ? ;)

Hi All,

 

We are in the middle of data migration. The source org has files and attachments both. We are trying to export both using Salesforce Data Export. However it is running now for 3 + days.

Moreover, if we are trying to take the export of Content Version, Content Document & Attachments using Data Loader, the extraction is also not responding.

 

Please suggest if you have any workaround or alternatives.

 

Note: Source Org has approximately 20 GB volume of attachments.

    Exporting large volumes of files (20 GB) can indeed be time-consuming using standard tools like Salesforce Data Export or Data Loader. For a faster alternative, I recommend using the Satrang Mass File Download AppExchange app.

    Hi@Neethu Mariam Mathew,

    •  make sure you are checking the challenge in correct org
    • Make sure you have saved the report
    •  If not working, then try in new fresh org, it might be the existing record causing the issues in your org.

    Hi, @Lucile Delouard

     

    To make changes, you must deactivate the Agent/Action. After making the changes, activate it again. Then everything should work as expected.

Hi Everyone, I am new to salesforce and I need some guidance as I am getting this error below on one of my flows.

Error element Get_East_6_Info (FlowRecordLookup).

 

Too many query rows: 50001

 

*** 

 

And on the get record element:

GET RECORDS: Get_East_6_Info

 

Find one Territory__c record where:

 

Name Equals EAST 6

 

Result

 

Failed to find record.

 

***

 

Error Occurred: Too many query rows: 50001

 

I have not seen this error before on flows, any help will be much appreciated thank you.

    Hi Haseeb,

     

    This error means that your GET RECORDS component, returned tried to return more than 50k records which is a limit. 

     

    Can you run the below query 

     

    select count(id) from territory where name = 'EAST 6' and see how many records we get in your developer console query editor or workbench.
