SFDCRR When the address is updated for an account information, the adress in contact information which belongs to the account dose not seem to be updated automatically. Dose a user need to manually update the address in contact information ?
This is actually the desired functionality for my company. We typically will have an Account that has many different offices, but we store the home office address in the account record, then we store whatever address each of the contacts are at, in the contact records.
If your needs are different however, you could accomplish what you want by writing a trigger to update the addresses of an accounts contacts when the account address changes.
