Getting URL does not Exist when Case Detail Page is opened
HI All,
HI , I have One internal user "Analyst" , He has all pwrmission on case object. but when he opening the case record getting Error Like
URL No Longer Exists

Can any one give the solutions why it is coming
one guess, Check whether he is part of the case queue ?

Thanks For Replaying, He is in queue, And one assignment rule also there , whenever a case is created , that is automatically assigned to Analyst . The system adminstrator and customer portal user are able able to open the cases detail page, only the analyst is not able opon cases detail page. please provide any solutions to solve this issue
Check your Case object Oraginzation wide defaults and sharing rules on that object. The Person who is viewing that case should be part of that Queue and also need to have based on the sharing rules.

Thanks Replaying , Case Object organization wide defualt Is private. and Created Queue on case object , and The Analyst is the only member in Queue. The analyst has full permissions on Case object like "View ALL" ,"MOdify ALL" . And There is no Sharing rules. As I said that The System Admin and Customer portal user are able to see the case detal page.,But the problem facing with only Analyst user. , Let us assume that If has no permissions to see the cases , we will get the messages like Insufficient privilages. But I am Getting Messge Like "URL no longer exits".
So are you and user are clicking on the same link that is navigating to the case view ?
