What is the edition of your Salesforce?
Security Token is used for API access and if API access is not enabled for your org, you may not see it.

Sorry, just check the doc, it seems be available in: All Editions.

Then what is your user license? for example, Chatter Free user don't have this option.

Thanks for your response, but i have positive answers to your all questtions.

I am using Enterprize edition and API is enable in my profile and my user licence is 'Sales Force'

Even though the 'Reset My Security Token' Option is not visible

please give me any solution for this

If you reset the password, you will get the Security Token automatically.
Have you tried this?

Not tried in my sandbox, but i tried in my trail version, but it reset only my password, but not security token.

Are you sure will it work for sandbox?

For any profie, if  Login IP ranges have been given then the 'Reset Security Token'  option will be hidden. if we remove these IP ranges from that profile, again 'Reset Security Token' option will appear.

Then how to work with eclipse deployments, as it needs the security token?
