Disable 'Reset My Security Token' Option
Hi All,
'Reset My Security Token' Option is not appear In my sandbox and Production .
I ckecked IP restiction, that is fine and in my profile API is enabled. How to enable this option in my sanbox?
Can any one please provide a solution for this issue.

Thanks for the response. But I had checked my organization IP restricts, that fine. My current IP address is available in between my Organization IP range only, Even though 'Reset my Security Token' Option is not visible in my sandbox.
Any solution to resolve my issue.
What is the edition of your Salesforce?
Security Token is used for API access and if API access is not enabled for your org, you may not see it.
Sorry, just check the doc, it seems be available in: All Editions.
Then what is your user license? for example, Chatter Free user don't have this option.

Do you have IP restrictions on the Profile or Single Sign On?
Ya i already observed the given link(communication). yes IP restriction but my IP address the given range only.
but still i am facing the issue

Not tried in my sandbox, but i tried in my trail version, but it reset only my password,but not security token.
Are you sure will it work for sandbox?
Hi,
For any profie, if Login IP ranges have been given then the 'Reset Security Token' option will be hidden. if we remove these IP ranges from that profile, again 'Reset Security Token' option will appear.
