import wizard vs data loader

hi,

 

I have a question, please can you help me.

 

the question is : Which Import functionality of salesforce.com should be used if one needs to import the 30000 Cases in Salesforce.com?

 

A- import wisard

B- data loader

Hi,

 

with import wizard u can only upload 50000 records.

And you cant able to upload lookup fields with import wizard .

So it is best to use data loader.

Import Wizard, Doesnt support Case Object. Thats why we will need Data Loader in above case.
