Email to case Premium



I have installed Email to case premium. And now I am creating cases enabling On-Demand Email-to-Case.

1)  When case is crated i m finding attachmetns in Emails option in Layout. Where can I find the functionality of that class. Is that functionality is with Email to case premium Package?


2) If I want to allow customer to attach morethan 10MB definitely i need to install Email to Agent also reigh?

For the first question i would suggest you to contact the provider of the App to cofirm if this is the expected behavior at :


Yes with on demand Email to case it is not possible to have email of more than 10MB (each attachment should not exceed 5MB) for this yes you will have to install Email to Agent.

when we "bcc" emails to SF, we get all kinds of blank lines and extra stuff like CC:, BCC:, ATTACHMENT: and such.. which make the notes practically unreadable.

How can we get filter it out within the Email to SalesForce function?

If no way, is there an expert we can work with to create a custom filter? I find it hard to believe that we are the only ones with this problem.
