Report returns no record.

Hi,

 

I was trying to run a report on Opportunity. If I login as admin, the report will return the records I need. However, other users or roles cannot see any record being returned. Any ideas why?

Hi Charles,

 

It can be that those users do not have access to those records because of your organization wide default settings:

http://ap1.salesforce.com/help/doc/en/admin_sharing.htm

You being the admin have View All and Modify All access so are able to see the records but not the others in your ORG.

 

Check this setting, might give you the answer ..
