You cannot create custom Chatlets in the Live Agent Console.

I saw a video of Salesforce Live Agent and in the demo I could see more chatlets in the live agent console like Weather, Admin, ID/Block, etc. We didn't get these chatlets in the live agent console we are using. Are there any settings to be enabled to get these chatlets?
Also from the video, I could see that in the Salesforce CRM chatlet, Contact detail page appears and they were New Case/New Asset buttons in the related list of Contact. But we could only see the Case related list in the Contact detail page but no button to create New Case from the related list in our console.
There were more features like My History, Settings tab in the top and Canned Messages at the right in the video of Live Agent. But we are not getting these features in our console. Am I missing some settings to enable these? Please let me know.
