Two Sys Admins can't see each others data Why?

Two Sys Admins can't see each others data Why?

I am using the Free developer version of salesforce and I have two users

Me and a user called bob.smith2.

We are both System Administrators and can both do anything but we can't see each others data.

The security of the objects is very loose everyone can see them and even edit data.

So why can't we see each others data?

I was mistaken when I clicked the Go! button then it showed all the records.

It's not that you can't see the data, but that you don't know how to find this data. Try creating a record on a tab as user 1, then log in as user 2, and click on the same tab, and choose "View All" on that tab's page (there is a "GO" button you should see to enter this list). You should find the record created by user 1. You can also search using the box on the top-left side of salesforce, or you can also go to the Reports tab and run a report against the object.

Hi

Thanks for the response but it has not solved the problem.

The records created by admin user 1 do not appear in the reports for admin user 2.  The view all was already selected.

The two admins can't see each others records when the lookup relationship button is used.

Both admin users have the View All option selected on their profile.

Apart from this the App and its objects have completely open permissions anyway everybody should be able to read and edit each others data.
