compare profiles

Does anyone know how i can compare the difference  between profiles, besides using eclipse. I am trying to use permission sets and eliminate some profiles. I find eclipse a little hard to depict, any other ideas?

I have developed a chrome extension that can compare (profiles from same or different orgs) and highlight all the differences. You might want to check it out:

But the tool(Profile Comparator )it is not comparing FLSi guess.
Pleas let me know. I need to compare FLS in  profiles as well.

Would like to recommend app called Bulk Object Field Creator, it helps to compare & export multiple profiles in single click; and share results in excel format (side by side comparison)
