Email Opt-Out Field

Can any body tell me which API I need to use to set Email Opt-out field in Campaign?

and

Is Email Opt-out field belong to Contact/ Lead/ Opportunity Object?

Mitra;  The email opt out field is found on the "Contact" object and is called "HasOptedOutOfEmail"  This field is update-able.  You can access it via your organizational WSDL or the Partner WSDL.

To link the Contact to a Campaign you need to create "CampaignMember" objects.
