Salesforce bug? Some opportunity dependent picklists are nulled out on EDIT
We have 500 users, and only one has been reporting this issue lately - whenever she clicks EDIT on an opportunity, and the edit page loads, some of the dependent picklists are missing their values. So when she subsequently clicks SAVE, that triggers a bunch of validation rules. This has been the case for her using Firefox and IE 8.
This has been going on for about a week or so.
Ya, that may be due to the slow internet connection.
Standard salesforce page runs jQuery or javascript for loading dependent fields content. If just Before the DOM loads completely, user tries to click on save button there willbe no value present in dependent picklists. This causing that problem.
Is it working fine in chrome?
Also, Try logging the case in salesforce, they can investigate more deeply.

This user has a standard profile.. I am starting to think that the case might be that her internet connection is very bad, and by the time she hits "SAVE", the page has not yet fully loaded.
