Combining two queues

Hi,

I have two queues.I need to combine these two queues into new Queue but It will not effect the underlying routing logic.
is it easy like creating new queue and adding users to the new queue that are available in both queues(two old queues)?.

If the old queues are used in approvel process then how we manage those with new queue?

Please help...

Thanks.

Hi Madhu,

I have investigated your requirement. and I think in order to combine two queues.

Directly you can not include Q1 and Q2 in new Queue so what you can do is

1. Keep all members of  EM South in one public group 1

2. Keep all members of ER North in one public group 2

now became public group 1 and public group 2 member of new Queue EM West.

so  it will be very easy to mantain user in future also and your Approval Process wil not be affected.

Actually what i want is,

I have two following queues,
EM South
EM North
Combining this two wueues into new queue called EM West. Its not effects
underlying the routing logic.

The above two queues(EM South,EM North) are having queue members and also
used as approvers in approval process.

How can i combine these two queues into one queue(new) with out efecting
the routing logic.
