When an email is logged to a contact (this is done via the Gmail extension), i want to make a picklist-field to switch from one status to another.
I made this flow:
Where it trigged with a new email message, the decision is choosing the path where the email is matching the clients email (choosing ToAdress or FromAdress, where it picks the route where the email isn't the one from the user).
During debugging everything looks fine:
But the flow doesn't seem to actually work (couple incoming emails doesn't trigger), and during testing, i get this error:
Does anyone know what i'm doing wrong? :)

Hey @Erik Bergström Björlund , the formula you're using for the entry criteria seems off. What are you trying to set as your entry criteria for this flow?
I'm doing a training session- Trying to run a test Macro- says to verify the 'from' email which is defaulting to my trailmix email. This is a valid email- but keep getting this error, so I can't proceed.
The issue is that I can't login to the generated sandbox to verify my email from the link that it sends me.
I've created a flow that when a call is logged on a case and the 'action required' field is set to 'action required' that a task is created and assigned to a contact. I've hit an error when trialing it and wondered if anyone can help with how I assign the task to a contact?

- just to clarify, you want to associate a task to a Contact but assign it to a user for follow-up, correct?
Tasks can only be assigned for follow-up to active users.

When I am creating a contract record in LIGHTNING from an Opportunity, it is not auto populating the Account Name or Opportunity Name into the appropriate fields. They DO auto populate the Account Name & Opportunity Name into the fields when using Salesforce CLASSIC.
Hi, I completed the initial cert approximately a year ago today and the maintenance module is not displaying. Maintenance modules are displaying for other certs, so I know I'm connected to my Webassessor.
so you will always be alerted when you need to complete a maintenance module via your profile? If so, is that also an email alert?
I received my credential on February 25. The
maintenance module schedule for the Administrator certificate says it started April 18 2024 and expired April 11 2025. Do you think a new calendar be released soon that says when my certificates module is due? Or was I supposed to do something by April 11 2025?In a quest to create a joined report, I came across this error.
Accessibility mode was already turned off. I figured out through another user's post that in order to fix this issue, I need to enable "Report Builder Upgrade" (see

My concern/question is this:
I am very unclear about what this "Report Builder Upgrade" entails, and more specifically, what it removes.
I don't even know how long ago this upgrade was released. Perhaps it was a super old upgrade we never proceeded with and Lightning has since overtaken it? Though the help articles reference Salesforce Lightning, confusingly, the images related to it look like the Salesforce Classic report builder. The information available online is very vague and muddy. Since this upgrade is irreversible, I do not want to enable it until I am sure it will not confuse things for my org's users. I use exclusively Lightning, including for reports, but I am in an org with about 30 users where a good number of our most experienced users still use and prefer Classic, especially for report building.
Any info on this topic would be greatly appreciated!

@Akash Bhati I appreciate the answer but as I stated in the original post Accessibility Mode was already turned off. I already know what the fix is- I need to enable "Report Builder Upgrade"- I am just seeking more information on what enabling this entails since it cannot be reversed and very little information about it is available online.
