Sending Email To Profiles

Hi,

 

I need to send an email to SF users within a profile at a scheduled time each week using an email template.

 

Does anyone know how to execute this without the need for coding?

Hi,

 

You can send the email though mass mail option

 

Follow the below steps for sending the email

 

Setup-> Administration Setup->Mass Email Users->Select User->Select Template->Schedule for delivery on->Click on Send

You can create a new view for filtering the user fro example basis on the profile

Actually I need to send this email every Monday.....this process doesn't allow you to do that. It only sets a one off schedule.
