INVALID_CROSS_REFERENCE_KEY

Where should I look into if I get "INVALID_CROSS_REFERENCE_KEY" on the error back?

What were you trying to do?  Might give us some clues.  I've got this (if memory serves me well) when i tried to attach a converted Lead to a Campaign.
