I'm having an issue with bot clicks on emails we send out. I'd say 90% of the clicks are from bots and it's rendering our engagement metrics and MQLs useless.

Our prospects are schools so would be implementing high level security features.

Has anyone had this issue and overcome the problem?

I've created a hidden custom redirect in the footer which adds them to a list and reduces their score, but as a lot of prospects aren't cookied, this doesn't always work.

Ditto the priority on human action. You can try using form handlers for the hidden link instead.  Google "Stop using custom redirects" and you'll see a few blogs about that method. But this is an industry-wide issue.

I'm trying to complete the module AppExchange Basics>Install AppExchange Packages, but when I try to install the app it says "We didn't find any Salesforce accounts linked to your Trailblazer.me profile. To create an account, sign up for a free trial of Salesforce." However, my accounts are linked. See screenshots below. Account is connected but can't install an app from AppExchangeCapture97.png

I am trying to build a record-triggered approval orchestration with a screen flow that asks for the user to enter 3 approvers who will each need to provide approval before a claim can be processed. I have run into some issues trying to come up with a solution where the user making the approver selection process via the screen flow does not need to provide approval since this is not an approval step, but this screen flow will be passing in the user names that would notify the selected approvers. Thus far, I have tried:

-Excluding the approver selection screen flow from the orchestration. However, since the selection screen flow isn't part of the orchestration, I am unable to use a variable to capture the approver's info as an input for the approval process.

-Including the approver selection screen flow would allow me to pass the user variable as an input for the approval flow, but the user variable is null since I am unable to get around completing the stage where the approver selection screen flow takes place without approving the AWI that is tied to the stage. I tried to use the case status as a mechanism to signal the stage completing requirement without providing explicit approval but this does not seem to work.

Is an approval necessary for each AWI to complete a stage or step within an approval orchestration?

Thank you

That's awesome! I'm glad for the breakthrough. Please reach out if you end up needing additional assistance. If you are not already, I expect you will need to create either individual text variables storing the Users' Usernames or record variables for each User as Available for Output.

I need help with flow: I've tried doing the Trailheads but I just seem to have a block. Would someone be kind enough to give me some one-on-one tutoring -- I probably just need one hour or so.    Thanks!

I am trying to Clear the Number field value from  sf flow

I tried assigning number fields to a Blank value and created a formula field with a "NULL" value.

None of them were clearing the number fields

ex: if the value is "83" I want to clear the value completely

Any idea

I am trying to import a bunch of records into the Orders object using my regular importing tool Apsona. When I try, it says a field called "Status Category" - API name "Statuscode" - is mandatory in order to upload. This field does not exist when I look in Object Manager under Orders, it seems rather to be a component of the "Status" field, which I have included in the import. Yet for some reason"Status Category" is being treated as if it's a full separate field and mandatory. If I try to import and include "Status Category", for example "Draft" or "Activated" I'll get an error saying I don't have access to edit that field, but I am the System Admin, and "Status Category" does not even exist in Object Permissions. Pictures below. Any help or advice to dealing with this hidden field would be greatly appreciated. @Nonprofit Hub @* Salesforce Field Service *

UPDATE: I had a call with Apsona, and we found the issue. Despite "Status Category" not being in Orders in Object Manager as a field, if you look it up in the main Setup search bar, you can find it, as a very bare bones field record with no ability to change much. But by changing "Data Sensitivity Level" to Public", this somehow fixed the issue. Now Status Category isn't an option to map fields to in Apsona, but it doesn't require it at all to import, and I can import as normal

When I send in a new case it is using the Support Process default settings and assigned status = Open instead of new.

Hello Trailblazers,

I have a use case to see the consumed serialized product numbers on each Work Order. I don't want to use the Service Report as it is limited to individual Work Orders only. Based on my observation, tracking the serial numbers out-of-the-box (OOTB) in the Service Report is not possible either. I couldn't find a way to link between Work Order, Product Consumed, and the Serialized Product in Reports.

Thanks in advance!

@Bruce Stewart. Thanks. I did it the other way around. I created a lookup field on SerializedProductTransaction to Product Consumed. I already have the RelatedRecordId, which is a lookup to both Product Consumed and Product Transfer(I had to create a new lookup as I cannot relate to those object fields). When the Transaction Type is consumed or the RelatedRecordId is populated with a Product Consumed record, I print the Product Consumed lookup I created. This way, I can get the information of the Work Order from the Product Consumed look up.

Hi, have any of you worked with promotion search definitions?

According to what we have contracted it does not allow to use Bucketed Values.

Has anyone implemented it?

    Hey @Tatiana Grados

You're correct there is no Bucketing available on Promotion Refinements, rather it will show the names of the promotions that have been configured as refinable (and that apply to the product listing/search result). What is your use case for wanting buckets? Were you hoping to group multiple promotions into a single refinement or something else?

    Thanks,

    Erika
