API is not enabled for this Organization or Partner

I have moved my application from one developer account to another developer account.

when I try to run application from another account I am getting this error

Any idea?

Your other developer account is not a developer edition account. It seems likely that its a regular trial account.

what should I do to make that developer account?

If it is a trial account, then i don't think they're convertable. Just sign up for a new developer edition.
