ApexDataLoader command line version (release notes)

Hi,

 

I'm using ApexDataLoader.exe version 17 and I want to update it to version 25 (up to date version).

Do I simply replace the exe files?

Where can I read more details about the changes done from one version to another? (changes, features, bug fixes, etc...)

The file that you download from your org from Your Name > Setup > Data Management > Data Loader

will install itself when you run it (on windows anyway)

 

I've not been able to find the release notes for each version either.

If you want to update your existing application using command line dataloader v 17, you just need to get the lates version jar file (may be by installing the newer version) and refer this latest jar file from your process.bat file (update the path).
