Display Individual User's Leads Count

can you please give me idea and if you have code please share me.

 

My requirement is,

 

 checkbox         User                                leadstatus:open        leadstatus:Closewon    Leadstatus:NotClosed        Total

 

  checked      test@salesforce.com                    1                                2                                          3                                         6

  checked      test@salesforce.com                    1                                3                                          1                                         5

 

                                                                                                                                                                                    GrandTotal  = 11

                                                                                                       button: SAVE           

                                

 

Just as report type.

But when check the checkbox and click save button Lead will assign to User(test@salesforce.com) 

 

Please Help me this It's very very Urgent Requirement.
