How to save?

I am working in my account, but my login time expires. what can i do? I need to copy one file before session expires. Any solution is there?

Your question is clear to me. What is your role and what exactly are you tying and what you want to achieve ? Could you please explain ?

If you are the system administrator and you want to increate the session settings then you need to go to Setup->Administration Setup->Security Control->Session Settings->[Increate the Time out value]

i am a developer and working in some application but admin has blocked my account for certain time like 9am to 6pm..But i need to work for extra 1 hour. Any other solution is there?

Contact your administrator to alter the restriction, It is controlled in the profile level

Then there is only one solution you need to contact your administrator as Nazzy said and ask him to change increase the time.
