Does State and Country picklist feature need activation? How to configure picklist values.

Does State and Country picklist feature of Spring 13 release  need  activation in Sandboxes and Production Env ?

 

Release notes does not contain enough instructions to configure the State and Country picklist . It would be great if anyone provide the related documents.

You need to open a ticket in Salesforce.com to have it enabled in your Org.

 

Go to Help -> Log a Case.
