Lead ownership issue.

we have profile "sales profile" with manage lead and view all permissions.

this profile is having 10 users and only one user should be restricted from transfer leads / take ownership of leads.

how to achive it by config or coding ?

Hi CloudComputing…,

You can achieve this functionality by using configuration setting.

1 :- Firstly remove the permission to Transfer leads / take ownership of leads from all user , if you have same profile for all user then you can simply remove it from profile that will automatically removed for all user.

2:- Create a permission set to transfer leads / take ownership of leads and then assign that permission set to all user except that which you want to restrict from this functionality.
