Limitation on Data Category Groups in KB

Hi,

 

I could able to only create 3 active Data Category Groups for Knowledgse Base in a sandbox? Is there any way that I can have more category Groups created ? Is there any reason on this Limitation?

Hello,

There could be 5 category groups and 3 active category groups.

 

If you wish to increase this limit then please log a case salesforce.com support with the business case for increasing this limit.
