sales force site.com issue

Hi,

 

Am using enterprise edition, I am developing a site in site force my requirement is in my site is skype but i have

put this skype in site force it not working any one can help this?

and one more in websites showing tab names and sub tabnames 

for example

                   www.mycompany.com  clicking on any tab

                  www.mycompany.com/About-Avascent/Location.aspx

how to set sites or site.com sites.
