I need some help, I would like a content folder on Salesforce content to store some Employee focused IT How-To docs. Should be readable by all, and editable by the IT Team.
HOW DO I DO THAT...please help
Create a new document folder that can be shared throughout your organization.
1. Click on the plus option on your tab bar.
2. Click on documents
3. Cleck 'new' and add your documents the the 'shared' folder.
Load all of your how-to's in that:)
