Any and all marketing campaigns in my region...

 

As of now...I can't see them..how should hav ethem see

Is the "Marketing User" checkbox on your user account checked?  You need that to manage campaigns.

Also, are Campaigns marked as "Private" on OWD? If so, you won't be able to see them unless you have View All or unless the owner of the record has granted you access.
