sforceClient is not defined (library down)

I'm trying to migrate some older s-controls to force.com, but some mission critical tools written suddenly do not work today:

This link does not work anymore either. This is causing a sforceClient undefined error when running through the dev tools in a browser. Newer versions seem to work, but we have over a hundred S-controls that still need migration work.

 

Any idea when this will be back online?

I am not sure if this link is actually down or if it is simply not accessible from my network. The developer support has confirmed that this link does indeed work properly.

 

Can someone confirm that it is in fact accessible? If it is in fact accessible, can I have a copy of this file sent to me?
