My Leads list view

Hi ,

 

I am trying to create a list view in salesforce that shows my leads .But i also want this list view to show all the leads assigned to or owned by a queue in which i am a member.

 

Is there any way to implement thsi.

Please advise!!!!

Hi ,

Try this if it may work , Set the OWD for your object as Private and then make a View in which Select in Filter By Your Queue.

This is I believe the only way in which you could show your required View , which you have asked for. Let me know if this worked well .

I just made the OWD for the lead object as private. But i don't see a way to Filter it by my queue.

You can simply create list view and now make it visible with a group ( this option is given while creating list view) 

 

Now you should use groups in this list view on which you are member same thing with queue.

There is option for groups. But there is no option for a queue.

ok then do one thing. Create a Group and create Queue as a member in that group
