Cloud Swarm3 : Doubts
Hi,
i have few questions Regarding Cloud Swarm3. Can anyone please answer:-
1. Can we follow the Records of the Objects(Custom, Standard) other than Leads, Cases, and Opportunities?
2. While creating Rule through Wizard Tab we can choose the specific multiple Users for that Rule but there we can't have multiple filter criterias for Records. and our requirement is to create Case Swarm Rule and need filter on Case Status, Case Priority and Case Type and also want to select multiple users for that. Can we do this and How?
3. Can we use any other filter other than that mentioned while Creating Swarm Rule?
Hi Dhirendra,
See the details of Cloud Swarm3 on the page: http://cloudswarm-developer-edition.na7.force.com/apex/Home
1. Can we follow the Records of the Objects(Custom, Standard) other than Leads, Cases, and Opportunities?
A: Currently the UI is available in the package only for the Standard Objects - Lead, Opportunity, Case and Feed.
A: Currently the available set up does not give us the functionality to add multiple filter criteria.
3. Can we use any other filter other than that mentioned while Creating Swarm Rule?
A: Currenty not available.
However any of these requirements can be achieved if the code is changed / modified and re-written to your need as the Package is an Unmanaged one and all the components are available once you install and available on the github: https://github.com/ForceDotComLabs/cloud-swarm

Hi Dhirendra,
If you're not a coder and you need to create more complex swarm rules, I would simply recommend using ChattoMate. It's inexpensive and a lot more flexible in being able to create swarm rules on any custom or standard object and creating complex rules like the ones you described (i.e. with mulitple or custom filter criteria.) Let me know if you have any questions about the differences, but you should be able to see those in the AppExchange listing.
Thanks for the help answer Dhirendra's question, Ashish!
