Rakesh is right you can add your companies' IP address to the trusted IP address list and then when you log in from any system within this IP range then it won't ask you for the security token.
Setup -> Administration Setup->Security Controls->Network Access->Click on New button in the Network Access page. Enter the IP Address; if you have a range then add the start Ip address and end ip address or else add your particular ip address in both start and end ip address.

even more annoying in a sandbox when it decides it's sending this to an email address it's just stuck an addendum on the end of. could this not at least be adjusted so the code is sent to the true email address, - the .sample added at the end? Happy for it to remain in production as it performs a key job, but in sandbox it just makes the sandbox innacessible
