It depends the choice whether Admin Exp (or) Advance Development..
clearing Certification or Interview is just a part of the game. Acquiring real time experience is the real thing that is required.
Undergoing a classroom training or online training is preferred. Please take care to select the institute or the trainer. you should choose the trainer where he can provide the real time scenarios.
