CTI Toolkit 4.0: Change the label of single Step Transfer and Initiate transfer button

Hello Everyone,

 

I am using CTI Toolkit 4.0 to build and integrate CTI functionality in salesforce.

I want to know if I can change the look of the dial pad. I want to change the label of ‘One-Step Transfer’ and ‘Initiate Transfer’ button.

We did tried to put buttons or change label in dial pad but failed to do it in CTI Toolkit.

Only few customization is possible in 4.0 or 4.1 CTI. setup->App Setup->Call Center->SoftPhone Layouts. Currently you could add few fields etc. but I don't think it is possible to change the label of 'One-Step Transfer' button but in the next release of CTI it would be far more advance and the integration of the CTI with SFDC would be without installing the CTI adapter on your computer. I suppose in that release you would be able to get this functionality to change the name of the buttons.
