[Force.com IDE Install Error] on eclipse 3.6.1, I met install error

.OS : Windows XP

.Java : JDK 1.6.0_30 (I removed other JREs)

.Run Eclipse as Administrator.

 

But I met the errors in C:\workspace\.metadata\.log

HTTPS      ?       ?

SOCKS      ?       ?

 

What value do I enter for Host/Port?
